Using a combination of antennas strategically placed in areas of weak coverage, we bring a strong signal into a building. From the outside to an amplifier and off to the areas needed.
Every BDA system installation is unique and faces challenges that pertain to that specific Authority Having Jurisdiction. Prior to the design phase, our FCC certified engineers communicates with the Fire Marshall's office about the specific needs and request to ensure the process is kicked off on the right foot.
Using a dedicated RF Modeling Software called iBwave, we design a D.A.S. system tailored to the building. The design will be modeled with a Heat Map design which shows predicted antenna coverage throughout and takes into account all building materials. It's this step that dictates the ultimate success of the project and it is considered one of the most crucial. This model is also included in our AHJ package permit set presented to the plan reviewers.
A site plan lays out all cable routes and antenna locations. Each is strategically placed for best results.
The site plan is then modeled to predict what the signal strength will be within the building.
The system layout is a high level view of the project and is presented to the cabling team.
